هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی ابعاد مدرسه سالم در ایران است. این مطالعه برای پاسخ دادن به سوالات تحقیق از روش ترکیبی استفاده کرده است. در بخش کیفی ، جامعه مورد مطالعه متشکل از تعدادی از متخصصان علوم تربیتی با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی است و نمونه های مطالعه بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با حجم نمونه 20 متخصص انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی ، جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه مدارس ابتدایی استان مازندران ، ایران است. برای انتخاب نمونه ها از روش نمونه گیری کمی چند مرحله ای استفاده شد. در مجموع 210 مدرسه ابتدایی در این مطالعه کمی شرکت کردند. بعد از سه دور دلفی ، مهمترین ابعاد یک مدرسه سالم عبارتند از: مدیر آموزشی ، رهبری آموزشی ، نگرش معلم ، فرهنگ مدرسه ، تعهد سازمانی ، رفتار شهروندی معلم ، رضایت شغلی ، پیشرفت تحصیلی و سلامت عمومی دانش آموزان. مدل به دست آمده از اعتبار سنجی کیفی، در مطالعه کمی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. 9 پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده ها در مطالعه کمی استفاده شد. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی از تحلیل عاملی-تأییدی استفاده شد. از میان 19 فرضیه ، نتایج مدل ساختاری از 10 فرضیه پشتیبانی می کند. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که سلامت عمومی و سازمانی از عوامل اصلی دستیابی به یک مدرسه سالم است.
