en اعتبارسنجی مدل مفهومی مدرسه سالم با تأکید بر بهداشت سازمانی با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی ابعاد مدرسه سالم در ایران است. این مطالعه برای پاسخ دادن به سوالات تحقیق از روش ترکیبی استفاده کرده است. در بخش کیفی ، جامعه مورد مطالعه متشکل از تعدادی از متخصصان علوم تربیتی با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی است و نمونه های مطالعه بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با حجم نمونه 20 متخصص انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی ، جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه مدارس ابتدایی استان مازندران ، ایران است. برای انتخاب نمونه ها از روش نمونه گیری کمی چند مرحله ای استفاده شد. در مجموع 210 مدرسه ابتدایی در این مطالعه کمی شرکت کردند. بعد از سه دور دلفی ، مهمترین ابعاد یک مدرسه سالم عبارتند از: مدیر آموزشی ، رهبری آموزشی ، نگرش معلم ، فرهنگ مدرسه ، تعهد سازمانی ، رفتار شهروندی معلم ، رضایت شغلی ، پیشرفت تحصیلی و سلامت عمومی دانش آموزان. مدل به دست آمده از اعتبار سنجی کیفی، در مطالعه کمی مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. 9 پرسشنامه برای جمع آوری داده ها در مطالعه کمی استفاده شد. برای بررسی روایی و پایایی از تحلیل عاملی-تأییدی استفاده شد. از میان 19 فرضیه ، نتایج مدل ساختاری از 10 فرضیه پشتیبانی می کند. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که سلامت عمومی و سازمانی از عوامل اصلی دستیابی به یک مدرسه سالم است. <em>The aim of this study is to identify the dimensions of a healthy school in an Iranian context. The study employed a mixed method approach to address the research questions. In the qualitative part, the study population consists of a number of experts in educational sciences using a Delphi technique, and the study samples were selected based on a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 20 experts. In the quantitative part, the study population involves all primary schools in Mazandaran Province, Iran. A multi-stage quantitative sampling method was applied to select the samples. A total of 210 primary schools were participated in the quantitative study. After three Delphi rounds, the most important dimensions of a health school are educational principal, educational leadership, teacher&rsquo;s attitude, school culture, organizational commitment, teacher&rsquo;s citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, educational achievement, and students&rsquo; general health. The model obtained from the qualitative validation was tested in the quantitative study. Nine questionnaires were conducted to collect data in quantitative study. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine validity and reliability. Of 19 hypotheses, the results of the structural model support 10 hypotheses.
